Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

* Any item that couldn't be delivered to customer because he or she wasn't available at the time of delivery, will be returned back to our office. Chargeback applies.

Refund can only be issued after the product returned to address provided within 14 day return window after receiving a product. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping

We do not provide RMA label and customer is responsible for paying their own shipping cost for product return, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. If the product arrived damaged or defective, our company can reimburse a maximum of 20$ USD for return shipping amount.
The product can be returned in its original packaging to an address below.

Before sending the package, please make sure the parcel has tracking number and let us know this number when parcel is posted. Tracking information is extremely Important to us and we need it to locate your specific package In the warehouse. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if the track number is not provided.


Shipping costs and any customs fee / Import tax payed by customer are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
The replacement is shipped by normal government post which on average takes 7-15 working days (time is estimated - not guaranteed). If for some reason you moved and address is changed from the address in the order, please let us know.


Refunds

We work with PayPal and Shopify Payments, if the payment was made through PayPal the refund amount is transferred immediately to original method of payment and if the payment was made using credit card, the refund can take 3-5 business days to be processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. Please note, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. However, you may request transaction records (bank statement) of your bank account to see the history. We can provide unique number of refund transaction, which can be matched to a record in your bank statement. 

NON REFUNDABLE

  • Shipping amount payed by customer at the time of purchase
  • Import Tax/GST/VAT fees 
  • Shipping amount for return shipping to the address provided (unless for defective or damaged product on arrival as per return policy.
    If the product arrived damaged or defective, our company can reimburse a maximum amount of 20$ USD for return shipping)

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
